"Converting the Well 22 from production to water disposal well in Rigless method by KKC\r\n\r\n\r\nFollowing the company's policies, in order to increase productivity and achieve more profit of the project and in the shortest possible time, Karian Kish Company has prepared and moved the necessary equipment for the conversion of PYW-22 well from production well to water disposal well. According to the contractual Scope of work for this well, the operation shall be carried in presence of rig, and if KKC succeed to perform this job in rigless method, it would be the first time that such this operation would be done in West Paydar field. This operation will decrease the project duration for one month and decrease the project cost by about 300,000 Euro."
Well cleaning of Well in Cheshmeh Khosh Field by Karian Kish Company Following to the company’s policy to have a good interaction, cooperation and customer satisfaction, according to the ZNV need to use a Coiled Tubing in Cheshmeh Khosh field for well cleaning immediately, Karian Kish Company, used its integrated production services (IPS) contract and provided this service for the client in the required date. Whereas the KKC has no contract with its subcontractor to work in Chesmeh Khosh and due to road restrictions of Norouz for heavy traffic loads, performing this operation was near impossible at the required date, and ZNV subcontractors in Chesmeh Khosh project was unable to do this job in the required date.
According to this contract between KKC and KNGP, KKC is responsible to change 86 ESP in West Paydar and Aban field, 11 wellhead change and 1 well-pad preparation which The number of ESP changes may differ and depends on mean time between failures.
According to contract between KKC and ZNV, Karian kish is responsible to convert 24 wells from the natural flow production method to the artificial lift production method (RIH of the ESP) and 5 wells to water disposal.
According to this contract between KKC and KNGP, KKC is responsible to Maintenance and operation installed ESP (full set), after the failure the ESP the KKC shall Rent ESP equipment (down-hole, cable line) the Contractor furnished equipment with Maintenance and operation services, repair ESP equipment and Design and Selection of down-hole and surface ESP equipment.
According to this contract between KKC and ZNV, Karian kish si responsible to provide 44 set of wellhead and Xmas tree, 113 KM tubular and 44 set of ESP for running in west Paydar and Aban field.
